Services:

The Chiropractor will evaluate, establish goals and provide treatment to authorized beneficiaries. Services are provided for patients that are ACTIVE DUTY ONLY with the following conditions:

• Orthopedic/sports medicine related diagnosis resulting from injury, repetitive trauma or degenerative processes
• Acute/Chronic back and neck pain
• Herniated Disc
• Back strains and back pain due to pregnancy
• Cervicogenic Headaches
• Whiplash
• Sciatica
• Spondylosis or spinal osteoarthritis
