Primary Care
General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital offers primary care to active-duty service members, retirees, and their family members who are Tricare Prime and enrolled to our facility. General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital uses the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model. PCMH is a team-based model, led by a physician, which provides continuous, accessible, family-centered, comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally sensitive healthcare to achieve the best outcomes.
