COVID-19 Vaccine Program
The CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness.
FDA-approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines are currently available to all U.S. citizens and residents. Visit the CDC website for more information.
Getting the COVID-19 Vaccine
Immunization Clinic (1st floor, within Leonard Wood Medical Home)
- Appointments can be made by calling the appointment line at: 866-299-4234.
- If this is your second/follow-up vaccine, please bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you.
- If you have to cancel or reschedule we ask that you please call the appointment line at least 24 hours prior. This allows us to manage our inventory of vaccine and eliminate the risk of having unused doses.
PX COVID-19 Clinic:
- Walk-in clinic; no appointment necessary.
- Hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m..
- If this is your second/follow up vaccination, please bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you.
