COVID-19 Vaccine Program
COVID-19 vaccine candidates are being offered through the Food and Drug Administration. The vaccine is being administered to DoD uniformed service members, both the active and Selected Reserve components, including members of the National Guard; dependents; retirees; civilian employees, and selected DoD contract personnel as authorized in accordance with DoD regulation. We currently have the vaccine available and we’re actively administering the vaccine to the following individuals:

To get the vaccine:
COVID-19 vaccine is now available for all eligible beneficiaries who are seeking the COVID-19 Vaccine. This includes Active Duty Service Members, current DoD Civilians or ANY DoD TRICARE / Direct Care Beneficiary.
How do you schedule:
The Immunization clinic (1st floor, within Leonard Wood Medical Home) is vaccinating for COVID-19 on a “by appointment only” basis and appointments can be made by calling the appointment line at: 866-299-4234. If this is your second/follow up vaccination, please bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you. We will only provide the Pfizer vaccine at this time. If you have to cancel or reschedule we ask that you please call the appointment line at least 24 hours prior. This allows us to manage our inventory of vaccine and eliminate the risk of having unused doses.
PX COVID-19 Clinic: Walk-in clinic; no appointment necessary. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.. If this is your second/follow up vaccination, please bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you.
Mass Vaccination Event Schedule:
We are hosting a Saturday event on September 11, 2021 and a week-long vaccination opportunity from September 7-10, 2021 at Nutter Field House from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.. To schedule use the following link:
