MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure patient portal, available 24/7, that gives you access to your MHS electronic health record and lets you interact securely with your health care team. Through the patient portal, you can:

· View and download your health data.

· Book or cancel appointments.

· Request prescription refills and renewals.

· View clinical notes and certain lab and test results.

· Exchange secure messages with your health care team.

· Complete a pre-visit questionnaire.

· Look up health information related to your health concerns, results, and prescriptions.

Getting Started

Log in with a Common Access Card or DS Logon account. Log in or Register
